Scott M. Goldberg, Esq.

Attorney Scott Goldberg has been practicing law in Florida for 20 years.  In addition to his Juris Doctor degree, Scott also has a Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.  The Law Office of Scott M. Goldberg, PLLC is located near Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.

Scott’s practice includes Intellectual Property Law (copyrights, trademarks, and licensing), Business Law (company formation and structuring, employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, confidentiality agreements, non-compete agreements, etc.), Entertainment Law (Film, Television, Music, Authors, Artists, Models, Actors, etc.), Multimedia Law, and Internet Law.  Scott counsels clients on contract matters and business structuring for their companies, and on copyright and trademark issues concerning their brands, projects, and businesses.

Scott also currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Mustard Seed of Central Florida (a not for profit organization that provides furniture, clothing, and appliances to struggling families trying to get ahead in life); serves on the steering committee for the FusionFest festival (a not for profit organization that celebrates people, heritage, and cultural diversity throughout Central Florida); and, he serves as an advisor for United Abolitionists (a not for profit organization that provides education on the prevention of human trafficking).
