In Remembrance of Those We Lost
Today is the anniversary of 9/11. It’s important to remember the impact that this tragic event had on our nation and on the Jewish business community.
We all have a story from an experience from that day and beyond. If you feel like sharing yours, we would be happy to listen, in remembrance of those we lost.
On the morning of September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon shook the United States to its core. As the country struggled to come to terms with the loss of life and the devastation caused by the attacks, the Jewish business community was deeply affected.
Many Jewish-owned businesses were located near the World Trade Center, and were directly impacted by the attacks. These businesses had to deal with the immediate aftermath of the attacks, as well as the long-term consequences of the destruction and disruption.
Despite the challenges faced by the Jewish business community, the resilience and determination of its members shone through. In the days, weeks, and months following 9/11, Jewish business owners worked tirelessly to rebuild and recover, showing the strength and resilience of the community.
Today, as we remember the lives lost on 9/11 and the impact it had on our nation, we also remember the Jewish business community and the strength it displayed in the face of tragedy. The events of 9/11 will never be forgotten, and the resilience and determination of the Jewish business community serve as a reminder of the indomitable spirit of the American people.
